EMBA track - Strengthening Organizational Resilience - Apply

Admission

The EMBA track Strengthening Organizational Resilience is subject to the same admission requirements as the Executive MBA program.

We aim for groups of motivated participants who are well-matched to each other. We ensure that the group is small enough for personal attention and large enough for a rich exchange of experiences and ideas. An interview with the Academic Director is also part of the application process. In this way, we guarantee the quality of your education.

We ask: 

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a management position. 
  • Prior education at the bachelor's, master's or PhD level. 
  • Taking the TIAS Competency Test for participants without a PhD or a university master's degree.

EMBA track - Strengthening Organizational Resilience

The costs of the EMBA track Strengthening Organizational Resilience are €17,000 (exempt from VAT).

The program includes:

  • Enrollment, registration and administration costs
  • Required literature, textbooks and course materials
  • Catering packages (lunch, coffee/tea and soft drinks) during lecture periods, meals during residential sessions
  • Overnight accommodations including breakfast*
  • The substantive program of the international study trip**
  • Access to the online learning environment

* Accommodation during residential overnight sessions enables you focus all your attention on your studies. The Program Adviser can give you further information on the benefits of overnight accommodations as well as cost savings if you decide not to.

** Travel expenses for the international module are not included.

Payment options & financing

TIAS offers various payment and financing options:

  • Payment can be made by invoice (employer or private individual).
  • Payment in installments is possible in accordance with TIAS policy.

Many participants use an employer contribution or the O&O fund.
