Admission

The EMBA track Optimizing Business Performance program is subject to the same admission requirements as the Executive MBA program.

We aim for groups of motivated participants who are well matched to each other. We ensure that the group is small enough for personal attention and large enough for a rich exchange of experiences and ideas. An interview with the Academic Director is also part of the application process. In this way, we guarantee the quality of your education.

We ask:

At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in a management position.
Prior education at the bachelor's, master's or PhD level.
Taking the TIAS Competency Test for participants without a PhD or a university master's degree.
