Having too few women in senior positions within organizations is not good for business, says Mijntje Lückerath. Our biases are among the greatest dangers in the boardroom: partiality, prejudices, group thinking, and tunnel vision. To break through that, we need more diversity in the broadest sense of the word (for example, diversity of gender, background, or skills).

Professor Mijntje Lückerath says this in an interview with RTL Z. Lückerath responds to the initiative of Minister Jet Bussemaker to compile a database of top women.

To help talented women with ambition grow into senior management and reach the board level, TIAS has developed the Women Corporate Directors: The Next Generation program in collaboration with Women Corporate Directors.
