This masterclass is designed for professionals who already have experience leading or designing change initiatives and are ready to take the next step. You’re familiar with the models and methodologies, yet you find that real-world practice remains challenging. Processes move more slowly than planned, resistance is difficult to interpret, or you notice that you don’t always respond the way you would like.

You’re not looking for more theory, but for deeper insight: practical understanding of your own role as a change leader and tools to become more effective in practice. You want to better understand what’s happening—both with others and within yourself—and learn how to respond with greater awareness and intention.

This masterclass builds on the TIAS Change Management Masterclass, but is also open to professionals with comparable experience in leading change.

About this program

From Change Management Expertise to Personal Effectiveness in Change Initiatives

In this masterclass, you focus on yourself as a change leader. Not through new models or frameworks, but by doing, experiencing, and reflecting—based on your own real-life cases and those of your fellow participants. You’ll explore the destructive dynamics that can derail change initiatives, how you may contribute to them, and how to navigate them more consciously and effectively.

Through a change simulation, you’ll map out your personal profile as a change leader—your tendencies, strengths, and pitfalls. You’ll also develop a personal plan to continue growing as a change professional. Theory is a means, not an end: everything is directly translated into your own day-to-day practice.

Day 1 — Destructive Dynamics Experience firsthand the destructive dynamics that can derail change initiatives. You’ll learn how you may unintentionally contribute to them and create a personal plan to recognize and break these patterns.

Day 2 — Change Simulation Through an intensive simulation, you’ll navigate the dilemmas change managers face every day. You’ll map out your own profile as a change leader—your tendencies, strengths, and pitfalls.

Day 3 — Reflection and the Change Canvas You’ll integrate the insights from the first two days and work on your own learning and development journey. Using the Change Canvas, you’ll define how you want to grow as a change professional.
