Webinar: Make organizational change measurable

By Woody van Olffen | October 6, 2014 | 1 min read

Improving the success ratio of change processes requires measurement tools. This is what Professor of Organizational Change Woody van Olffen states in the “Catching change red handed” webinar.  This webinar is based on the “Catching change red handed” lecture given by Van Olffen in May 2014.

A whopping 70 percent of change efforts in organizations fail. Research conducted by Kotter and others explains why. Employees, for example, do not understand the necessity of a change or a clear vision is lacking. Managers may have the practical tools to ensure a smooth change process, but they are unable to clearly see how the change develops,” says Van Olffen. That is why we need to measure from time to time whether the change is developing properly.

In this webinar, the professor explains the necessary of measurement tools and what they should look like.
