Introduction
Healthcare organizations are facing next-level strategic issues that challenge them to do the right things to remain relevant. How do you anticipate the increasing complexity of healthcare issues? How do you move from your mission and vision to putting the relationship with the patient or client at the center? How do you achieve effective network collaboration?
Innovation, including digital innovation, requires strategic choices. In the Advanced Program Strategy and Innovation in Healthcare, you will develop a solid, up-to-date theoretical foundation in healthcare strategies and implementation. From there, you will delve into innovation, network collaboration, and business models based on current supply and demand developments. These current topics in healthcare demand a structural place in the strategy of any organization in the healthcare sector that wants to remain relevant in the future.
A standalone Advanced Program or stackable as a module within the MHA
By participating in this program, you will complete a module of TIAS’s Executive Master of Health Administration. You will learn, discuss and collaborate with participants taking the full MHA, immediately immersing you in an ambitious and strategic learning environment. This module can be taken as a standalone Advanced Program and, should you choose to continue later, can count toward the full Executive Master of Health Administration.
