Like you, the participants are entrepreneurs facing a business succession. This includes both current owners and successors, whether or not they are family members, who are actively involved in the business. You will exchange insights and experiences with one another, providing inspiration, recognition, and opportunities to expand your personal network. There is ample room to address both personal and business-related questions. The program encourages the sharing of ideas and experiences among participants.
The program is open to family members from the next generation who are or will become (co-)owners of the business and are or will be active within the company. Business and family projects
The business and family projects serve as a central theme throughout the program. Previous participants have chosen projects such as a succession plan, a family charter, a business plan, and a marketing plan. You will work on these projects in groups, guided by a mentor. You are encouraged to involve your management team, family members, or other stakeholders in the process.
