Introduction
Shortages, both financial and in terms of staffing, while demand for care is increasing. This is one of the ‘wicked problems’ in healthcare that urgently requires a different approach. As a healthcare organization, how do you ensure that productivity increases while maintaining or even improving the quality of care and employee satisfaction? And how can organizations within the healthcare sector that do not provide care themselves contribute to the solution based on a better understanding of the operational challenges faced by healthcare organizations?
In the Advanced Program The (Healthcare) Organization as an Ecosystem, you will learn how to turn scarcity into new opportunities. These opportunities arise by viewing the healthcare organization as an ecosystem that can only achieve the highest level of operational efficiency by leveraging synergy.
A standalone Advanced Program or stackable as a module within the MHA
By participating in this program, you will complete a module of TIAS’s Executive Master of Health Administration. You will learn, discuss and collaborate with participants taking the full MHA, immediately immersing you in an ambitious and strategic learning environment. This module can be taken as a standalone Advanced Program and, should you choose to continue later, can count toward the full Executive Master of Health Administration.
