The Organizational Leadership module begins with the problem you’ve identified and helps you clarify its core. Next, we’ll explore various sensitive contemporary issues and how they impact the organization. You’ll then learn about the latest insights in change management and have the opportunity to practice applying them in a simulation. By the end, you will be equipped to tackle your problem statement.

About this program

The Organizational Leadership module consists of two blocks, each lasting two days. The module is based on recent theories and approaches in the fields of leadership, group dynamics, and change management. Throughout the course, we draw connections to the participants’ professional experiences and their own case studies. At the end, participants will have the opportunity to apply what they have learned in a practical simulation.

Program block 1

Day 1 – Organizational Leadership in an Uncertain Context

Key themes: Surface and underlying currents, organizational metaphors, problem analysis

Day 2 – Today’s Sensitive Issues

Key themes: Diversity and inclusion, psychological and social safety, power

Program block 2 

Day 3 – Change Management

Core themes: Change theory, pitfalls, cultural differences

Day 4 – Change Management

Core themes: Simulation, reflection, change management

Advanced Leadership and Management Program (ALMP)

The Organizational Leadership module is part of the Advanced Leadership and Management Program. The Advanced Leadership and Management Program consists of three modules and combines academic insights with practical case studies and simulations. This comprehensive program is designed for experienced executives and managers who wish to enhance their general knowledge, skills, and impact, and helps participants become more effective. The modules on interpersonal, organizational, and strategic issues help participants elevate their leadership to a higher level and prepare them for the next step in their careers.

Organizational Leadership

The costs of the Organizational Leadership module are €5,500 (exempt from VAT).
