About this program
Do you want to truly achieve operational excellence in your organization? In this intensive three-day masterclass, you will understand exactly what operational excellence is and learn how to apply it successfully. You will gain a solid theoretical foundation, as well as many practical tools to get started right away. How do you mobilize your organization? How do you ensure excellent processes that deliver the right customer value at the lowest total cost? And how do you ensure that they are actually implemented?
During interactive lectures, workshops, and practical assignments, you will work with cases from your own work environment. This allows you to immediately translate the insights into your daily practice. On day two, you will participate in a challenging management game, in which you and the other participants will develop and implement an operational excellence strategy for a fictional organization. On day 3, we will bring everything together for industrial, service, and non-profit/public organizations.
