In the Personal Leadership Master Class, you apply the latest scientific insights to your self-reflection. Over 2 days, you learn to look at yourself differently. About this program
The Personal Leadership Master Class does not have a set curriculum. In fact, that would not even work. After all, the subject of this master class is the personal development of its participants. Its contents strongly depend on what the participants want to learn and achieve. That’s also why the approaches are completely interactive. They are adapted to participant contributions. We ensure the required personalized attention with a ratio of one coach or lecturer to every five participants.
