About this program
The Innovation Management Master Class gives you insights into the “what”, “why” and “how” of innovation. We delve into innovation strategy: what does it consist of? And why should you innovate, as an organization? We also look at practical application: how will you organize the innovation? This includes ample attention to dispelling resistance in the organization, as well as tools for successful implementation.
