The (Inter)Personal Leadership module, part of the Advanced Leadership and Management Program, focuses on understanding yourself and your impact on others.

About this program
The (Inter)Personal Leadership module consists of two two-day sessions. The content is based on current insights from leadership, coaching, and interpersonal dynamics, always linked to the participants’ practical experiences.
You will immediately apply what you’ve learned using your own case studies and a realistic simulation.
Program block 1
Day 1 – Leadership as a lever for innovation and growth
Core themes: growth mindset, secure base leadership, the attachment cycle in times of change
Day 2 – From self-leadership to systemic impact
Core themes: the organization as a learning system, leading from the mind’s eye, personal leadership, and empowerment
Program block 2
Day 3 – From identity to behavior
Core themes: self-reflection, becoming aware of our patterns in conversations and breaking them to enhance quality, recognizing patterns in interaction, and leadership as a relational position.
Day 4 – Destructive dynamics
Core themes: simulation, reflection, recognizing and breaking destructive dynamics
Advanced Leadership and Management Program (ALMP)
The (Inter)Personal Leadership module is part of the Advanced Leadership and Management Program. This program consists of three modules and combines academic insights with practical issues and simulations.
It is designed for experienced leaders who want to increase their impact and operate more effectively. By focusing on personal, organizational, and strategic issues, you will take your leadership to the next level and prepare yourself for the next step in your career.
