Introduction

Major shifts at the intersection of people, work, and society constantly challenge the flexibility and adaptability of organizations.

New generations entering the labor market and trends such as AI, robotization, and hybrid collaboration are changing the way people work and collaborate within organizations.

During the Future of People, Organizations, and Society Module, you will learn which movements really matter. What is noise? And what guides culture, decision-making, and value creation?

We discuss current and emerging trends and translate these into implications for people and organizations. You will learn how to organize in a future-proof way by linking psychological insights to strategic choices. And you will critically reflect on your own role and actions in a changing context.

Participant profile

For professionals who want to link strategic direction to visible behavior within the organization.

You will work on issues such as AI applications in HR, hybrid working, agility, culture, and transitions.

About this program

From strategic future exploration to concrete behavior in your organization

Technology is changing work. New generations bring different values. Organizational forms are shifting. In The Future of People, Organizations, and Society Module, you will look at the major shifts at the intersection of people, work, and society - and what they mean for organizations.

Themes such as robotization, AI, ethics, agility, and human potential come together in one question: what does this require in terms of behavior, now and in the future? Consider, for example, the recent discussions about AI in HR processes or ethical leadership in a hybrid work environment.

  • During this module, we discuss current and emerging trends (AI, robotization, hybrid working) and translate these into implications for people and organizations.
  • You connect psychological insights to strategic choices with a view to future-proof organization.
  • You critically reflect on your own role and actions in a changing context.
