Stefanna Suijdendorp is 28 years old and a SME relationship manager at ABN AMRO. In this role, she provides financing advice to entrepreneurs. She is currently a member of the coronavirus task force. She completed the Executive Master of Business Valuation (MBV) program.
Stefanna decided to invest in her personal and professional development and started a master's degree. "If you want to be a strong strategic partner, you have to make sure you're well-equipped."
After completing her higher professional education (HBO) degree, Stefanna worked at Slimstock for several years before joining the bank. "I've been there for almost four years now," she says. "I use the knowledge from my master's degree to conduct thorough analyses of companies. This gives me more to offer than just advice. Before I started the program, I wanted to grow as a strategic partner. Not just professionally, but also personally. By developing myself, my self-confidence grows."
