Personal drive

Ritambhra’s decision to join the program was heavily driven by her ambition for personal growth and a desire to better navigate the complexities within her role. Managing workforce planning solutions for ASML’s customer support organization, she wanted to gain a deeper, more structured understanding of how to bridge the gap between technical execution and business needs.
