“Never waste a good crisis.” That certainly also applies to the real estate market of today. Now that there is less certainty than ever before, an ideal breeding ground has developed for new ideas and major progress. It is high time to innovate instead of responding angrily. Although this sounds simple, this is not the case in practice within the real estate sector.
