Upon completion of the program, participants can start work as head of a department, become a member of the management team (CFO), or work in a larger organization with more responsibility.
Outside the career move, MiF alumni experience even more benefits of the program – the respondents unanimously indicated that the program has broadened their knowledge of financial matters. This subject-specific expansion has helped alumni see more organizations from a helicopter perspective. Eighty percent of the alumni confirm that MiF have helped them better understand decisions of other stakeholders within the organization. Several alumni indicate that MiF has taught them more empathy (24%) and organizational awareness (14%).
MIF provides more added value
Alumni consider the modules “Principles of Business Valuation” and "Mergers, Acquisitions, and Corporate Restructuring” the most useful in their work.
The program taught the alumni more than they originally thought: 63 percent say that MiF has produced more value than anticipated. They especially praise the high quality of the teachers and education.
