In the Strategic Leadership module, you will learn how to make well-informed strategic decisions and how to guide your organization effectively in shaping and developing its vision. The Strategic Leadership module focuses on how to mobilize your organization and steer it in the right direction. You'll work on developing solutions to a real-life challenge that you bring into the program. In addition, you'll reflect on the performance of your management team and organization, helping your organization grow effectively.
Together with your peers, you'll gain new insights and find solutions to the strategic challenges you encounter in practice. By the end of the module, you will have developed a concrete initial approach to your own strategic issue.

About this program
Through inspiring lectures, you will gain new knowledge, insights, and a wealth of professional experience. The Strategic Leadership module focuses on two essential roles of the strategic leader:
Strategic Thinker
During the first three days of the module, you will deepen your strategic insight, discover new perspectives, and become more aware of your own strategic assumptions and mental models. This will elevate your ability to conduct strategic analysis and develop a strong strategic vision.
Strategic Guide
In the second three-day block, you will be encouraged to reflect on the strategy development process within your organization and the influence you have on it. How do you involve others in your process, bring key issues to the strategic agenda, and mobilize people to shape the future together?
Program block 1
Day 1- Business level strategy & digital transformation
Core topics: Strategic thinking styles, strategic innovation, competitive strategy and digital strategy
Day 2 - Business model innovation
Core themes: Market orientation, customer journeys, customer value creation and innovation processes
Day 3 - Sustainability strategy
Core themes: ESG goals, organizational purpose, sustainability types and competitive strategy
Program block 2
Day 4 - Strategy formation processes.
Core themes: Strategic agility, entrepreneurship, stakeholder management and leadership
Day 5 - Future exploration & scenario development.
Core themes: VUCA environments, trend analysis, scenario thinking and experimentation
Day 6 - Strategic mobilization
Core themes: Strategic planning, decision making, implementation and change
