About this program
Day 1: General strategic HRM
Day 1 starts with a general introduction to strategic HRM. You will learn how strategic HRM can help you manage employees and how it can contribute to performance management.
Day 2: Diversity and talent management
During day 2, you will learn how to manage talent and diversity so that employees can develop effectively. You will find out how to link individual goals to the organization’s goals.
Day 3: Employment relationships
On day 3, you will work on the sustainable employability of your employees through practical exercises and reflections. We conclude with an insight into the psychological contract between employer and employee, which connects the various topics.
