This model, developed by TIAS and Whise, helps your team, organization, and partners clearly demonstrate the public value of interventions. It provides insight into the impact of your activities on society and supports you in making strategic, well-informed decisions.
Participant profile
Participants work as senior professionals in the role of supplier and/or non-executive director in the public and non-profit sectors. They work on the development of new approaches and projects to better serve their clients. To this end, they assess which objectives to work towards, resources to deploy and stakeholders to involve. They must defend their choices to the general public, administrators and politicians.

About this program
In this three-day masterclass, you will significantly develop your understanding of Social Profit thinking. You will develop a strong theoretical and scientific foundation in this area and become familiar with the Social Profit Canvas. You will learn to apply this model to your own case and gain new insights by engaging in discussions and brainstorming about the cases of other participants from various sectors of the public domain. Additionally, guest speakers will share their best practices of using this model, allowing you to work effectively with the Social Profit Canvas. This combination of theory and practice, viewed from different perspectives, ensures that you will significantly develop your skills in Social Profit thinking.
Day 1
You'll gain insight into the core of public value and discover how to visualize the value you want to add to society. You'll also be introduced to the Social Profit Canvas and its benefits.
Day 2
We'll focus on implementation: how to involve your organization, partners, and target group in changes resulting from the Social Profit Canvas. You'll apply the canvas's steps to your own case and reflect together on bottlenecks and benefits.
Day 3
You'll learn how to effectively analyze data to measure public value and translate it into policy, including the importance of adjustments and evaluation. With a practical case study from a guest speaker and further exploration of your own case, you'll bring the Social Profit Canvas to life.
