About this program
The Leadership for Public and Non-Profit Sector Master Class helps you quickly discover your own leadership style. You work on the development of your leadership skills and learn how to use them effectively to guide people and processes, implement changes and improve your employees’ motivation, both individually and as a group. You learn how to lead based on the right ethics and values and how to deal with manipulation and power. The program is highly practical and active. You dive right into academic exercises where you share your experiences with others.
Day 1: Leadership strategies
Gain insight in a wide range of leadership strategies that you can immediately apply in the complexity of your day-to-day work.
Day 2: Dialogical leadership
The key questions: which roles can you have as a person, and how van they enter into dialog with one another, to make the complexity manageable?
Day 3: Interactive leadership
On day 3, we focus on leaders in relation to others. This process also draws on what you learned in the first two days of the master class.
