Every major business decision has financial consequences. Organizations need professionals who can understand those consequences, evaluate opportunities and risks, and use financial insight to support sustainable growth.

The MScBA Corporate Finance track at TIAS prepares you to do exactly that. You will build a broad foundation in management while developing specialist expertise in investment and financing decisions, valuation, capital structure and international financial management. You will learn to analyze complex issues, exercise sound judgement and translate financial findings into clear strategic recommendations.

You will apply what you learn through hands-on assignments, real-world cases and practical learning experiences. In TIAS’ international environment, you also receive individual attention for your academic, personal and career development.

People walk and cycle on a tree-lined path leading to a modern, multi-story building in sunlight.

Why choose MScBA Corporate Finance at TIAS?

  • Earn an internationally recognized MSc degree in one year while combining broad management knowledge with specialist expertise in corporate finance.

  • Learn to evaluate investments, financing choices, company value, capital structure and financial risk in an international context.

  • Develop practical experience through real-world cases, hands-on assignments, bootcamps and international learning experiences.

  • Learn in a highly international classroom and gain perspectives that prepare you for a global career.

  • Build the communication, leadership and career skills employers value through the Personal and Career Development Program (PCDP), with individual coaching and career guidance.

  • Consider financial performance alongside ethical, societal and sustainability implications so you can contribute to responsible business decisions.

From business ambition to financial decision

The track helps you connect financial analysis with the wider business context. You will develop an integrated toolkit across four connected areas:

  • Investment analysis, capital budgeting and valuation

  • Financing decisions and capital structure

  • International finance and foreign-exchange risk

  • Portfolio thinking, financial markets and behavioral finance

Because these capabilities are taught within a broad MScBA curriculum, you will understand how financial decisions interact with strategy, operations, markets, people and society.

Build the human skills employers value

As AI becomes embedded in the workplace, distinctly human capabilities matter more—not less. Employer data from the QS World Future Skills Index 2027 across 89 economies shows that the largest reported shortages are in human cognitive and human-centred leadership skills. Employers particularly need graduates who can think critically, exercise sound judgement, solve problems, communicate, adapt and lead while working confidently with financial and business data.

Through TIAS’ Personal and Career Development Program (PCDP), you will strengthen your communication, presentation, negotiation, intercultural collaboration and teamwork skills. Workshops, individual coaching and guidance from a career consultant help you understand your strengths, define your goals and communicate the value you can bring to an employer.
