Find the right job with our Personal and Career Development Program (PCDP)
The Personal and Career Development Program (PCDP) is part of the master program. It will help you understand better who you are and what you are capable of, so that you can establish and work towards your ultimate career goal. We do this by providing individual coaching sessions, workshops on personal skills (e.g. presentation, intercultural and team dynamics, personal branding, negotiation and communication) as well as practical skills for searching and applying for a job. Each individual student is assigned a personal coach and a career consultant, and the career consultant is available for free career advice up to 3 years after graduation.

EU Learning Experience: Business does not operate in a vacuum but in a broader dynamic economic, political and societal landscape. Current global developments around geopolitics require companies to understand how this affects their business. The EU Learning Experience takes you to Brussels, the capital of the European Union, where business intersects with society. Here you will explore the role of EU institutions and learn how companies navigate the international landscape.
TIAS is introducing elective bootcamps: Your choice of intensive practical learning experiences to enhance your skills and learnings. Offerings can change each year depending on latest trends and needs of the job market; for example, AI, Python, System Thinking, Sustainability Challenge, Supply Chain Simulation.

Student Associations
During the Master in Management program you have the opportunity to join a student association for extracurricular activities that provide you with additional professional experience as well as fun with your fellow students. The student associations at TIAS are:
- TIAS Student Consultancy (TSC): is where students can work on a real project of a company. A team of enthusiastic student consultants tackle the complex, strategic questions of start-ups, scale-ups, social enterprises and medium-sized companies.
- TIAS Women in Business (TWB): is empowering TIAS’ students by creating meaningful dialogues with inspiring women to generate thoughts which will eventually lead to finding your path within the business world.
- TIAS Student Association (TSA): is a student-run association that organizes social events for fellow students to celebrate national holidays, exchange cultural traditions and stimulate integration. Within the TSA different subcommittees are formed and assigned to a specific event.
