About this program
Day 1 – Rogier Havelaar
An exploration of the questions ‘What is politics?’ and ‘What is organizational culture?’. Through discussions and practical case studies, participants experience examples of both effective and ineffective behavior within organizational culture, laying the groundwork for Day 2.
Day 2 – Hans van Dijk
A simulation and guided reflection on informal influence and destructive dynamics within organizations. Participants examine how these dynamics manifest in their own work environments and develop an action plan to break negative patterns and foster constructive collaboration.
Day 3 – Rogier Havelaar
A discussion of key theories from The New Organizational Culture Starts with You and their application to real-world cases. The focus is on influence strategies and transforming destructive dynamics into constructive collaboration within the political arena.
