But what exactly are those real estate risks? Are these risks the same for everyone and are they equally relevant?

On Thursday, May 21, Dirk Brounen (TIAS) and Maarten Jennen (CBRE Global Investors) discuss to what extent modern real estate risks are considered by investors in their investment decisions.
