Real estate surveys at the center of attention. Everyone would like to know what real estate will be worth in 2014. And more and more often, people are wondering what the survey is based on. In 2013, the Platform Surveyors and Accountants (PTA) made 28 recommendations on how to improve the real estate surveying process.

Now, more than a year later, the question is what has been achieved? Have real estate surveys improved? Which changes took place? What can we still expect? Answers to these questions, among others, were discussed by Dirk Brounen (TIAS) with his guest speakers Jef Holland (Deloitte) and Paul Nelisse (Colliers International).
