Mendy van Helvoirt, who graduated in 2014 from the TIAS Executive Master of Finance and Control/Register Controller program, is one of three nominees for the VRC Thesis Award. Van Helvoirt’s thesis examines the variables that ensure the optimal balance between time pressure and creativity.
Eelco van Dolderen, a graduate of Nyenrode University, won the 2014 VRC Thesis Award. Three nominees were selected from the entries submitted from the eight Dutch Register Controller programs.
The VRC Thesis Award is presented annually by the Association of Chartered Controllers. The award includes a cash prize of 2,500 euros. TIAS alumni have won the VRC Thesis Award four times.
