The Financial Times has published its 2026 Masters in Management Ranking. The TIAS Full-time Master of Science in Business Administration (MScBA) has once again been named one of the world’s top 100 Masters in Management programs.

Strong foundation for international careers

The TIAS MScBA ranks 85th this year and has improved its performance on 12 of the 19 criteria compared to last year. The results also underline one of TIAS’ key strengths: preparing graduates for an international career. Our MScBA ranks 30th worldwide for international work mobility and achieves a strong result for the proportion of graduates who secure employment within three months of graduation. Our alumni go on to pursue successful careers around the world.

Diversity as a key part of the learning experience

Gretchen van der Spek-Shaffer, Director International Business Administration Programs at TIAS, sees diversity as an important factor in preparing students for an international career. ‘Creating a diverse learning environment is an ongoing priority within our MScBA. We aim for a balanced representation of men and women and a mix of nationalities among our students and our faculty. This exposes students to different perspectives and helps them develop the ability to collaborate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences are valuable preparation for an international career. We are pleased to see the strength of our approach reflected in the Financial Times ranking.’
