Banks recognize the value of energy efficient homes. The desirable extra financial resources removes limits on investment in new build and existing building, notes the Cobouw real-estate newsletter.

A favorable energy label is, fist of all, characterized by lower energy bills. But the Energy Label Index of Dr. Dirk Brounen reveals that it has also, in recent years, increasingly borne fruit at the time of sale.
