About this TIAS Elevate Session
In this session, we explore AI as an accelerator of the strategy process: from market and competitive analysis to rethinking business models and building an implementation plan that truly delivers. The core message is simple: AI in strategy is not about generating more insights, but about making better decisions and shortening the path to results. You will receive a compact, repeatable framework and translate it into a concrete action plan you can immediately test within your own organization.
What we will cover
Block 1: Where AI truly adds strategic value (and where it doesn’t)
Why AI is often applied in operations but rarely embedded structurally in strategy. What it means in practice to use AI as a strategic lever: better analysis, faster decision-making, and more effective execution.
Block 2: AI across the full strategy cycle
From data-driven market insights to business model and value chain design, through to action planning and execution. How to apply AI without being an IT expert, focusing on leadership, choices, and priorities.
Block 3: From plan to practice: governance, change and accountability
Avoiding the pilot trap and successfully scaling AI initiatives. The essential governance, rhythms, and responsibilities needed to ensure AI delivers real impact.

Why contribute?
You will gain a clear framework to identify and prioritize AI opportunities, from quick wins to scalable initiatives.
You will refine your strategic trade-offs: where is the real leverage in your context — analysis, business model, or execution?
You will move from strategy to execution, focusing on governance, change, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
You will leave with concrete next steps to test, learn, and scale immediately within your organization.
You will understand what an “AI-ready strategy” requires from you as a leader: not technical expertise, but clear direction and guidance.
Interaction
We will do a short, accessible exercise to move from AI buzzwords to a concrete strategic choice: which decision do you want to make faster, more consistently, or with less risk? This is followed by a focused group reflection on where the greatest leverage for AI impact lies within your organization.
