Artificial Intelligence is no longer just a tool, it is reshaping how organizations design strategy, make decisions, and create value. The session will be led by Prof. Dr. Toni Sfirtsis, Professor of Digital Strategy at TIAS, who will share practical insights and real-world examples on how organizations can successfully adopt AI and why many initiatives fail despite high investment. The themes discussed directly reflect the core skills developed in the MScBA: strategic thinking, innovation management, and data-driven decision-making.
