Details and program
Being able to deal resiliently with events in your career enables you to absorb setbacks more quickly and bounce back faster. We all experience situations we did not see coming, which can leave us feeling completely thrown off balance. Resilience and mental toughness, which we urgently need in times of adversity, can be developed and strengthened. This is what we will explore together in this workshop, as we learn techniques to talk about these experiences, draw lessons from our own stories and those of others, and cultivate a mindset that approaches challenges in a positive way. The approach
When we address themes such as sustainable careers, resilience and mental strength, it is important that there is a strong sense of psychological safety among participants. That’s why we first engage in open, accessible conversations and alternate several smaller workshops with theory, so we can also build on the examples that emerge. We create a respectful and inclusive environment in which every perspective is valued.
Using conversation techniques, we aim to truly understand one another and each other’s perspective. This interaction offers a framework for reflection that helps you better understand yourself, certain behaviours or thoughts, and what influences them.
By switching between different perspectives, we develop a growing understanding that does not end when this day is over, but that you can carry forward to continue the conversation with others and to build your own sustainable, resilient career.
The experience
This experience consists of a combination of smaller interactive workshops in connection with others and moments of reflection. It is designed to develop a way of thinking and a mindset focused on learning and growth. The steps you take during this experience provide direction for sustainable next steps.
