Frans Pannekoek
Frans Pannekoek is a hands-on executive with over 20 years of experience in supply chain management and operations within international FMCG and retail companies. He specializes in mission-driven companies and scale-ups, focusing on impact, financial performance, and sustainable growth.
Frans combines analysis, technology, imagination, and storytelling to solve complex issues. He believes that facts, figures, and real stories together determine the credibility of impact.
He currently serves as Head of Soaperations at Seepje and is the former Head of Operations/COO at Tony’s Chocolonely and COO of Marqt. In addition, he leads Blue Node Consultancy and is a part-time Adjunct Professor at TIAS.

Fred Plukker
Fred Plukker has extensive experience as chair of the executive board of university medical centers, general and specialized hospitals, and other organizations within or related to the healthcare sector. He also carries out advisory assignments in the areas of strategy, governance structure, and conflict situations.
He specializes in investigations into misconduct, conflicts, and alleged inappropriate behavior.
