About this program
This 3-day master class gives you the latest scientific insights into change management, combined with practical assignments and cases from participants. The Change Management Master Class focuses on various aspects of organizational change: from causes and diagnosis, to planning and implementation. We give particular attention to human behavior and the psychological and social processes involved. So you can create the right conditions and goals for organizational change.
Day 1
Start with the basics: what are the best ways to shape change? And which method is right for your organization? Learn more about the influence of mindset and gain tools for conducting a thorough analysis.
Day 2
The second day covers organizational culture, the dynamics of change, and how to shape it through communication, for example. We'll translate this into lessons learned that you'll apply to your own case study and organization.
Day 3
The evaluation of what you've been able to apply to your own case study so far forms the starting point of day 3. This will be followed by further in-depth discussions and practical tools to help you design or improve your change process.
