About this program
This intensive three-day masterclass offers you access to 12 carefully selected, advanced, and field-tested management models. These models were developed and compiled by Prof. Ron Meyer, Professor of Strategic Leadership at TIAS and author of the book "Meyer's Management Models: 52 Inspiring Tools to Boost Your Thinking." We link these models to three main themes. Together, these themes form a cycle: from setting a clear course to its successful execution.
