Public Management & Non-Profit Programs

tias tilburg small

With the Public Management and Non-Profit programs at TIAS Business School, you develop into a public leader who can navigate a landscape of diverse interests, political and societal pressures, and complex challenges. You deepen your expertise in governance, public leadership, network collaboration, and the financial–administrative aspects of public and non-profit organizations. You learn to make decisions in which public value and societal impact are explicitly taken into account.

In our programs, you work on issues from your own organization and connect them with academic insights. You engage with realistic case studies from sectors such as healthcare, education, municipalities, implementing agencies, and community initiatives. You learn together with other professionals from the public and non-profit domain, who bring in their own contexts and dilemmas. The courses are taught by faculty and guest speakers with extensive experience in public management. Together, they help you view policy, finance, execution, and lived experience in coherence, enabling you to look beyond systems and steer toward what ultimately matters for citizens, clients, and society.

Would you like to explore which program best matches your role and ambition? Then schedule an orientation meeting with one of our Program Advisers.
