Last Friday, September 4, I published the ninth annual Female Board Index. It shows, among other things, that none of the 84 listed companies comply with the statutory target of at least 30% women on executive boards and supervisory boards. This target figure was recorded in the Management and Supervision Act on January 1, 2013, and should be reached by January 1, 2016.
