Jos Streppel, chairman of the Dutch Corporate Governance Code Monitoring Committee until 1 October 2013, talks to Mijntje Lückerath, professor of Corporate Governance at TIAS School for Business and Society, about his committee's final report and the progress made in recent years related to compliance with the Code.

Streppel also responds to the criticism that the report has received from for example Eumedion and the VEB and provides his recommendations for the next Committee. Lastly Streppel points out the relationship between the Code and changing legislation.
