Directors are often accused of sleeping through fiascos. Mijntje Lückerath-Rovers believes that it is not so much a laissez-faire attitude that leads to wrong decisions, but the bias or prejudices of the directors. Insights into economic behavior can help prevent that, but the directors first need to be aware that they have such biases.
