Wout van Kessel is a consultant and IT auditor for several large international companies and has been working for KPMG since 2008. In this role, Wout has gained broad experience with the IT audit profession in various sectors, with a passion for the consumer market and retail sector.
Wout has been involved with the IT audit master of TIAS since 2019, in combination with a guest lectur role in IT Auditing for the Post Master Accountancy at Tilburg University. Since January 2021, Wout is also associate professor of Block 2 and Block 7 and is responsible for the annual integration case between the IT Audit and Accountancy students.
