Sten works as a lawyer at MannaertsAppels Advocaten in Tilburg in the corporate law practice group. Topics that every entrepreneur has to deal with are the themes that he deals with on a daily basis. Reorganizations, liabilities, formation and dissolution of companies, shareholder structures: all this concerns entrepreneurs. As a young professional, his focus is on advising entrepreneurs, even in (financially) difficult situations.
After obtaining his master's degree in Corporate Law from Tilburg University, Sten started working at MannaertsAppels. He completed the specialization course in Corporate and Corporate Law at the Grotius Academy in 2024 and teaches one day a week at Tilburg University at the Department of Private, Business and Labor Law.
