30 recommendations for good educational management Secondary Education
September 18, 2014
Administrators and supervisory officials should take into account the risks involved in the position of one-headed administrators. They should also try to diminish the distance between administrators and students and parents by involving them (in)formally in the education management. The diversity in the background of the administrators should be broadened. And serious efforts should be made of professionalizing the management and internal regulation.
