Dr. Roemer Visser is an experienced leadership development coach, speaker, and teacher, with a career that spans a range of academic and practitioner roles. His areas of emphasis are dilemma management, high-performing teams, communication, and ethics.
As Executive Professor, Roemer is charged with crafting and delivering a high-quality leadership development curriculum in Texas A&M University’s Executive MBA Progam. Prior to re-joining Texas A&M University, where he had worked previously as Instructional Assistant Professor, Roemer had been with Rotterdam School of Management – first as Learning Consultant in Executive Education and later as Academic Director for MBA Programmes. He started his professional career in Human Resources, first at Unilever in the Netherlands and later at Fisher-Rosemount Systems in Austin, Texas.
