The program for Senior HR Managers with ambition

The Advanced Human Resource Management Program is specifically intended for ambitious senior HR professionals who want to develop into a strategic business partner. You will develop into a HR strategist and will learn to apply HR management as an integral part of the vision and strategy of your organization.

Core themes of the program are:

  • Leadership and change
  • HR Analytics
  • Strategic HR and alignment with the organizational objectives
  • The changing role of HR / the future of HR
  • Talent management and organization development

Moreover, your own project forms a common theme of the program. In this way, you will put your training into practice straight away, so that your organization will immediately profit from your program.

Two common themes

The program has two common themes which are reflected in each module:

  • You will perform a HR scan of your own department. With this you can assess the HR Business Value. We will enrich and sharpen up the results of this scan during the program. At the end, you will have valuable results that you can implement in your daily activities. The scan offers participants concrete input for a future-proof HR strategy with vision. This contributes to the strategic direction of the organization. You will be given tools and frameworks for translating the business strategy into HR priorities.
  • Personal leadership: this is closely integrated into the entire program. On the basis of your own reflections and the results of a 360 degree instrument, you will formulate your own development targets. In the peer coaching sessions, which will be held both during and between the modules, you will be supported in the implementation of these targets.

Why you choose TIAS:

  • For years, TIAS has been high in the ratings of the Financial Times, Elsevier and the MBA Study Guide and The Economist.
  • Only top academics and the best practical experts are lecturers
  • Part-time, so can be combined well with your work.
